Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for all customer service activities. This is a 1 person department. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Duties:
- Manage all customer service duties and outbound data entry.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to enhance customer service skills
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the customer service department
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proven sales management skills with a track record of driving sales growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in math for handling financial transactions and analyzing sales data
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
